I haven't found a RD app that is great at both and I have tried virtually everything. The best RD app for framerate is splashotpp, which however has no so great latency. Jump desktop has excellent latency (real time) but not great frame rate. Latency is when for instance you write on the the ipad and there is delay in what is written on the screen. Suppose you have very good internet speed, a high framerate will allow you to watch a movie without it being a slideshow.
